All deliveries now ‘Contactless’

Just a quick heads-up guys; with COVID-19, despite instructions, all couriers including Australia Post – until now our preferred service – are making ‘contactless’ deliveries. Signatures are not being taken (despite the service being paid for) apparently during the pandemic, so it’s back to the old days of ‘paperboys hurling across the fence’ in some cases it seems. Out of anyone’s control unfortunately. However we have had some good trial results with Sendle (using Couriers Please), so we’ll continue to monitor the situation and improve where we can.
