Because your privacy is important to us (unlike many) we’re PCI compliant – we don’t keep all credit/debit card details in a database – there’s no way for us to recover card details by any means; so if you’ve paid by card, you may get a call from our service crew asking you to confirm your purchase.
Your patience is appreciated as we track down the problem – Our security is so tight – even we didn’t get your card numbers from your recent purchase on your order #. We’ll update this news as things progress.
