Medal Bars and Clasps

Medal Bars and/or Clasps: Available generally in nickel plate, bright or antique finish, however there are some bronze/brass clasps available depending on the relevant medal colour. Official clasp reproductions (sometimes erroneously referred to as bars) are available for all campaigns, awards and service periods. Please be aware that many clasps that are no longer issued or not yet authorised for reproduction (ie; current campaigns or service) may not be available in both full size and miniature. With older claps, quite often only full size is available as a reproduction. With some state-issues there are no reproduction clasps available.

A bar is a multiple award for a medal (or length of service), a clasp is the name of an AO. Please list them here, in the order they were awarded for each medal – the order in which they were awarded is important – the oldest is on the bottom, the newest is on the top when mounted (check your records or PMKeyS listing). Both full size and miniature versions of these medals below are not issued without at least one clasp;

Please Note: Be sure to write the NAME of the clasp or multiple clasps you require in the box below. When ordering emblems/rosettes for riband bars, please specify miniature as the size required.
